Training Road Rides are faster no-drop, hosted rides lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. Terrain is mostly hills with some flats for interval and paceline training. Pace is faster – 17-20 MPH average speed with fewer regroup or rest stops. As the season progresses, we offer routes with longer climbs such as Hill Top, Dump Loop and Bogus Basin.
