CBR COVID-19 Precautions for Group Bicycle Rides Context: All Idahoans have a responsibility to protect themselves and others. (https://rebound.idaho.gov/stages-of-reopening/) That includes participants on CBR Rides. Each stage of the state’s plan for reopening is grounded in these basic practices for individuals and businesses:
All Stages – individuals should continue to:
Stage 1(May 1-15)All gatherings, both public and private, should be avoided. All CBR Group Rides cancelled during Stage One. | Stage 2(May 16-29)Both public and private gatherings, of less than 10 people, where appropriate physical distancing and precautionary measures are observed can occur. All vulnerable Idahoans should continue to self-isolate. Members of households with vulnerable residents should be aware that by returning to work or other environments where distancing is not always possible, they could carry the virus back home. Precautions should be taken to isolate from vulnerable residents. | Stage 3(May 30-June 12)Both public and private gatherings, of 10-50 people, where appropriate physical distancing and precautionary measures are observed can occur. Vulnerable Idahoans can resume public interactions, but should practice physical distancing, minimizing exposure to social settings where distancing may not be practical, unless precautionary measures are observed. | Stage 4(June 13-26)Both public and private gatherings, of more than 50 people, where appropriate physical distancing and precautionary measures are observed can occur. Vulnerable Idahoans can resume public interactions, but should practice physical distancing, minimizing exposure to social settings where distancing may not be practical, unless precautionary measures are observed . |

Thanks for your time and consideration in reading and adhering to these precautions. As we re-establish CBR Group Rides, we should do so in a manner to ensure we don't contribute to the number of people getting sick or inadvertently finding ourselves in the hospital due to a bike mishap or crash. |
